The 8th International Workshop on Advanced Distributed and
Parallel Network Applications (ADPNA-2014) will be held in
conjunction with the 17th International Conference on
Network-Based Information Systems (NBiS-2014) in Salerno, Italy
from September 10th to September 12th, 2014.
The ADPNA-2014 covers novel theories, designs, and applications on distributed and parallel computing systems. Various types of computers are interconnected in communication networks. Networks of today are going through a rapid evolution and are giving a great influence to our society. In addition, computing models are changing to new architecture like Croud computing, Grid computing and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing models. For this reason, it is significant to discuss how to design and realize high-performance computation models and network applications for distributed and parallel systems. The ADPNA-2014 International Workshop seeks original contributions in all relevant areas, including but not limited to the following topics. PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE Authors should submit original research in up to 6 pages (including all tables, figures and references) ensuring that they are formatted in accordance with IEEE Computer Society's guidelines.
